Project Description - Create three separate illustrations for the New York Times. Each illustration will be focused on the topic of world powers and the ideas behind them.

Message – 3 Ideas about the political and militaristic ideals of China, Russia and the US
Audience – an average 55 year old Adults of 60% male and 40% Female that are more likely to be interested in cultural events, health and fitness and are usually in a decision making role
Specifications – Project will consist of 3 separate pieces to complete a series. They will be 8 x 11in and can be downsized if required. They will all be black and white with the exception of the one displaying china.
Project Schedule and Budget – Project will be completed on December 11th. The project will cost $25 per/hr.
Illustration Idea/Concept/Thematic Statement – The statement will be different on each illustration. The first will focus t on Russia and there constant scheming in the shadows. The second Illustration is with the United States and how they are funding their military on money they do not have. The final illustration is about china and how there military strength is large but inexperienced which could deem it useless. Just like a large paper dragon.
